By signing-up and/or joining the Goal Soccer Training Program, users fully agree and understand the terms of use listed below:

• No refunds will be issued for any reason: Including, but not limited to relocation, illness, professional substitution, and unused sessions or events.

• Any training session and/or training package not completely finished within the 90 day period will not receive a refund under no circumstances.

• Please note that there is a strictly enforced 24-hour cancellation policy for all private sessions. Players will automatically be billed the full session price if 24 hour notice is not given. As a courtesy to your coach, please understand that your coach's time is scheduled by the hour and they need 24 hours notice to fill cancelled spots.

• Any sessions or events that are not rescheduled or cancelled 48 hours in advance will result in a forfeiture of the session.

• Participants arriving late to any session or event will not receive the remaining scheduled time, unless arrangements have been made prior.

• Goal Soccer Training Programs will make every effort to assure athletes receive the appropriate professional of choice; however, Goal Soccer Training Programs reserves the right to substitute another qualified candidate if necessary.

• The expiration policy requires completion of all sessions and/or events within 90 days from the date of purchase or by the specified time. Events/sessions are void after this date and all sales are final.

• For your convenience, payment to Goal Soccer Training Programs can be made online.

• Payment must be received in full before any services are rendered.

• We reserve the right to forfeit any session and/or training package due to missed payments, arriving late to a session and or not showing up to a session unless arrangements are made ahead of time.

• Goal Soccer Training Programs reserves the right to forfeit any services and/or refund money if participant fails to cooperate with the Terms Of Use of Goal Soccer Training Programs.
